Having over 12 years experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, I have seen the harm and toxicity of restrictive diets and obsessive exercising.

My approach to client care involves education and counseling to help you learn about how your body work, uses fuel and recovers from treaining.

FOCUS

As a board certified sports dietitian, I specialize in programs that help athletes and intense exercisers fuel their training with the right foods to promote and support their lifestyle. My nutrition programs focus on health and performance, without restriction and dieting. With a background in disordered eating, I help women refocus their goals away from the scale and into living their fullest lives. We are worth more than our weight.
